Apparel, Gifts, and Prints with Defects: Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Send an email to info@firetrailstudio.com with the subject “Return” and a photo of the defect. State whether you want a refund or exchange.

Apparel, Gifts, and Prints for Wrong Size/Type: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Send an email or call the print provider on the packing slip.

Original Paintings and Artworks: Original artworks are not returnable, and all sales are final.  Shipping of artworks is insured. If damaged during shipping, either contact the shipper or email info@firetrailstudio.com.
